Italian Wine Atlas is an educational reference to Italian wines — denominations, grape varieties and food pairings — created by a wine educator. We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the app on your own devices for your personal, non-commercial use.
The full atlas can be unlocked with an optional annual subscription. The price is shown before you confirm and is charged to your App Store or Google Play account. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. You can manage or cancel it anytime in your store account settings. Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their own policies, not by us. Some content (two regions, the game and the Learn section) is available for free.
The information in the app is compiled from official sources and prepared with care for educational purposes. It is provided for general reference only and is not professional, legal, medical or investment advice. The app is intended for adults of legal drinking age; please enjoy wine responsibly.
All content in the app — text, data, illustrations, design and the "Italian Wine Atlas" name — is owned by Aniela Redelbach and is protected by copyright. You may not copy, redistribute, resell or create derivative works from it without written permission.
You agree not to misuse the app, attempt to circumvent the subscription, reverse-engineer it, or extract its data for republication. The app is provided for personal use only.
The app is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or incidental damages arising from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that cannot be waived under applicable law.
We may update these terms as the app evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new effective date. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised terms.
